What technology stack to use (specially backend and frontend)?

Question

I want to make an app that will be used for food shops.
It will be a cashless environment. Wallets and accounts will be used for payments.
1-User will order the food, book tables and can pay through the app (credits)
2-Staff will receive the orders through a web service.
What tech-stack is most suitable for this app? I know any app can do this but I need to know a stack that has good resources, utilites, packages, features, plugins, tools and libraries
