what I mean, knowledge simply is. facts are. maths exists whether we use or know it or not.

Of course, most of the knowledge are already there but discoverd by some person. Eg. In chemistry periodic table, in physics and maths some patterns in nature.
But in the case of the skill and knowledge of programming, it is created and invented by humans.
