Is MongoDB the future of Databases?

Hello everyone! I was learning MERN stack and there's something called MongoDB here. I doubt if it is really the best choice to be made considering the future.

Yes ! May be , because of nosql database it gained popularity. These days many database offers similar schemaless option and have much more strong cloud presence take Postgresql which support json fields and is available in AWS RDS.
