What platform is best to start for Web Developing?

I want to start Web Developing but I don't know which one to start from learning.

I wonder that Visual Studio Code 2019 is the best and most comfortable platform for web-development. By the way, you should to download some patches for HTML5, CSS3, JS, Beatify, Auto-correction - it is really crucial. In that platform you can use some hints if you dont know some things.
If you want to start learning the web, then you better read books and watch courses, I can advise you on a book by Jon Duckett: Web Design with HTML, CSS, JAVASCRIPT, jQuery Set.

Well install visual studio community 2019 and create new asp.net web application (under visual c#), choose empty web template, wait for solution to load then right click on project name add/HTML page, right click on that page and set it as start page, then you can learn too code there. You can start with HTML course here. Go step by step and put everything in that visual studio project that you've just made, enjoy :)
