How to stop auto fill?

On my website (not actual), I have 2 inputs. For some reason, it remembers what I put in the input last time, so when I go back to the website later and click on the input, it suggests what I put last time.
For example, now I put "ABCD".
Even if I closed the website, when I came back LATER: ____This is the input __ under the input, it would pop up with "ABCD" as a suggestion.
On this website I'm making, all the input stuff, have to stay secret, that's the point of the website, you have to guess to ...
So how can we disable | Stop the auto-suggest / autofill thing?

The page contains the following code
<form autocomplete="on">
That's why it gives option of previous inputs. You'd have to write the code in this format
<form autocomplete="off">
This turns of the pop up option. This is recommended to secure privacy.
