Where to learn programming a GUI Programs as basic as GUI calculator in Windows?

Hi, I have mostly learned the C++ basics. But the one I learnt from here is only used in like CLI programs that are not kinda usable in this era. Is there any place where I can learn all the practical programming for even building a basic gui program like a calculator?

you can first do some research on some good api/frameworks for gui in c++ and then search for some tutorials
