How to create an online shop?

I WANT TO CREATE AN ONLINE SHOPIN HTML , CSS , JS . HOW SHOULD I START ? I ALREADY HAVE SOME PROGRAMMING SKILLS

First, try to plan everything on "paper". Create a database plan - users, products, categories.
Then just create some basic layout with html/css. Add dynamicly added segments via JS ( in connection with database ) and You're good to go.
