How is a programmer's rights in your country?

I want to know the price of different projects in different countries

50-100 bucks for 1hour work is a lot of money in my job I get 15€ (round about 20$) that's if you have enough work up to 10000$ a month and that's a big IF

50 to 200$. You can ask how much you want but usually the customer doesn't understand the effort it will take and is not prepared to pay much. As a freelancer programmer the customers are usually an individual and not a company. The have a problem they want to solve fast and cheap. Best I've had was 100$ within a hour. But this is assuming you have experience.
