Which is the best place to practise PHP? What projects should I build as a beginner to move to advance?

Hi, I am just starting out with PHP and I wanted some practise projects for making myself familiar with php as well as to add my creative touch. Do you know any website like Hackerrank where we solve PHP Q&A or practice projects you may recommend. I have prior experience with a lot other languages too.

First you have to select php framework and you can start with simple projects like school management system , hospital management system , attendance management system . In short try to understand crud operation first .

The best place for practice is your own pc using your localhost and a project you can begin with is to create a form and wirte the input to a database.

PHP is the most native way to write web sites’ back-end architectures. Try to create a basic app (Let’s say a store where you can add and remove products), then start adding to it: authentication, edit, search, etc... After that, I would recommend that you get familiar with the best practices and the main frameworks Symfony and Laravel. Happy coding ;)

Agree with Ayushi Gujarati. CRUD application serves as the basic thing to give a kick start to learn any language. Choose the framework, have some basic knowledge and then perform CRUD operations. You will get an idea how the flow goes. Then you can create your own scenarios, surf the internet, gain more knowledge, be independent, and manipulate your existing CRUD application. I am sure you will be enlightened with codes in your brain! Time to grab a computer now!

I think you should start simple project otherwise if you rush to the complex ones you may end up confusing yourself Go for the simple ones first understand PHP works then you can think of the complex project (thinking out of box)
