Exporting to github and CodePen

Hi! What's the quickest way to export your code from here to CodePen and github while on mobile? I'd mostly like some quick way to show a friend what I've been learning :D Sorry for the n00bdoml

CodePen copy and paste.

Github. You need git. I do not know of mobile git software.
