Css transparent sections in an image and i need a div behind it that is locked into place even by responsive layout?!

Question

Position :absolute for the parent div relevant for the child didnt work. Is there any way to keep it stuck in the same place with the parent, as it changes size to become responsive

if you want the child div to have the absolute position in relation to the father ... try putting the father div as a relative position.
but if I could see the code it would be easier...
