How to make a chatbot?

I want to make a chatbot..need help anyone who can help me please do.

For non-technical:
As yogesh lodha said you need to create good database that has all question and answer (Actually takes lot of time)
For technical :
https://dialogflow.com/ create your own chatbot here and use their API to integrate with you web app or android app (Inside this website you can also be able include APIs of Facebook, Telegram, Amazon etc..)
