It depends on what you want to be perfect, you cant be perfect at C++ but you can be perfect in it's parts!

It depens on what 'perfect' means to you (not really helpful, isn't it?)

So i want to be more precise: I think it is not that helpful to master just one programming language, you need to learn programming patterns. That way you can use them in any language. To train you skills you will find many tutorials online or you could even search for a trainee program. But if you want to master c++ you habe to work as developer for many years i guess.
