What are the changes between ASP.NET MVC and ASP.NET CORE MVC?

Question

I just started learning ASP.NET CORE. But most of the company still worked with ASP.NET MVC. And very few of them asked. NET CORE. So what will be good for me to stick with ASP.NET MVC or ASP.NET CORE????
