There's tons! BASh scripting is very useful and powerful stuff. However, it can be overwhelming because there's so much. I worked with a guy that would "awk" and "sed" everything and he was really good at scripting. My advice, watch some videos, play with Linux on a VM. If you mess something up, delete the VM and start again. Teach yourself. Break it. Break it again. Learn to fix it. Good luck! 👍😁

You don't have to 'learn' linux just try to use it and you will learn as you go what you need. You will remeber basics commands like ls cat etc. Please dont install arch linux its too hard for start. Ubuntu is user friendly

It depends on your purpose. Do you want to be just user or more advanced user or maybe you are developer or want to be admin?

I agree with Suzanna Joanna. We don't have to 'learn' to use Linux as before. You install it and you use it. All general public distros like Ubuntu, Mint or Manjaro are really user friendly. You use the command line only if you program or because you really like it.
