[Solved] Google Material Design not working

Question

So lately I've been really interested in material design. I'm really eager to learn it, but well it's a bit hard. So I've followed the getting started guide on material.io and included the cdn's. But I get an error. Does anyone know what could be wrong?
And is there anyone else interested in Material Design or somebody that knows it that could help me learn?
