Web designing or Web Development?

There's a lot of difference between these two but not to much. As the name Suggest. Web Design is for Designing Web Pages either using Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator etc2, whereas in Web Development you'll have to "code" your web page in markup languages like html and css and these two things fall under the category of web development i.e. Front end and backend.
