Starting a project, need advice or suggestions

Hello, Everyone I was excited to build a simple voice based enquiry system at a bus stand. I wish to use Django,react(frontend), Also gTTS and speech_recognition modules from python.Help regarding custom templates and how to use python modules inside Django template is appreciated.But I'm a beginner and I need help regarding where to start and how to proceed?
