Do passwords support Unicode ?

I think you need to consider whether or not you can type in your password anywhere and on any device with no difficulties. I mean, how can you be sure you can easily type the Unicode character on a phone (or other devices probably) while there may be difference between phone brands and installed keyboard apps. I'm sorry, but "support Unicode" didn't come really clear as to what "support" means. Most systems hash or encrypt passwords before storing them, at this point, more considerations should be taken, for example, whether the hashing function of the said language support Unicode string. P.S. You didn't specify any language in your Relevant Tags, please add one if it can help narrow down the question scope.
