GSoC form will be available after December may be. After filling the form they will ask you some questions about how you work , what's your goal , After this survey you have to choose your desire company which you want to work with , you have to give them a short letter which shows that you have potential and they will hire you. When they will hire you now you have to submit your project to the company .
