it's not necessary to know all of languages but you should be active and improve your skills even in just one language

Not necessary to learn everything, just enough to achieve/code what you want to. Gradually you can learn more advanced concepts.

Nice question bro I can say it is necessary to know all languages because from then you can know which language you really want to learn and do some work in that specific field like example :- if you go in school or colleges when you go there you try to participate in every activites like sports , competitions and other types of events so from participating. You can get life lessons also and you can get to know also that this thing. That I can do more good in that and this thing I don't like after that you will try that things you can do more good from time to time when you do that things lots of times your confidence will be build automatically and you can learn that with more interest in it always because you can learn from doing that things same do with languages try to know every languages but learn in depth which you are really good in it.

Actually you don't need to know all languages, but you should know why you have chosen current one. And you should know assembly to see the adventages of languages like Python or JS. If you can't choose what you gonna study i can recommend you to consult this guys https://www.effectivesoft.com.
