Which language is best to learn for VLSI designing??

For VLSI designing I think you should first learn the concepts of VLSI,that means fabrication,planting,PCB designing etc.
Then you should learn softwares where actually designing takes place like CAD electronic or Eagle or vivada etc.
Talking about language I think for Designing purposes you can start with Verilog, system C or VHDL , moreover these will help you only for designing and not synthesising .
