How much time you take to learn web development

Tell me in how much time(months) you take to learn html, css and javascript
Answer must be in timing not extra lecture

It depends on the person. For me I picked the basics of HTML/CSS up within about a week and learned the rest on the job. I've been using HTML and CSS professionally for about 7 years now and don't think I'll ever know everything. It's very much like learning a new language.
