I think you need to know the concepts of programming first.
You may like to watch CS50 Harvard course it's very useful.
To learn a syntax of any programming Lang isn't hard for example python is very easy to learn its syntax but it's not easy at all and there is much to learn to use python in complex projects . The idea is to know how to use the Lang you are learning to solve a problem

I think you should start with python3 since it‘s the easiest to learn.
The syntax makes it feel like a ‚real‘ language rather than a programming language. It‘s also trending right now and has many uses (data science, AI, mashine learning etc.)
After that, you can learn Java/C++.

I suggest C++ then Java before oda ones at least know the basics of these 2 it makes learning other ones look like a piece of cake. Plus C++ isn't really complicated if that's Wat ur scared of. ....

I suggest you to go through C++ because once you have command on C++ you can learn any other language such as java python php etc etc within 10 days.

C++ Is best and have wide extensive feature and is better than other languages is many aspects it gives almost all control in your hand you can do whatever you want.

and at last i say if you follow this you will never regret on this decision.
