Exactly! Although repetition is the key to learning, having fun is the key to repetition. ;) If you're not having fun, you'll find reasons not to work on it or practice it further, especially if you're not being forced to do it. So whatever you find yourself doing in life, make it something fun that you can enjoy doing and the rest will come a lot easier to you.
A good way to make it fun is to bounce between learning concepts and practicing them. As developers, we're creators so use your imagination and practice by creating something that interests you so you'll be engaged and enjoy what you're working on.

As many times as it takes for you to learn it? It's just like any subject you learn (language, math, science, etc...); you learn the concepts and then you practice them until you master them. Once you master those concepts, then you learn more advanced concepts of it and practice those until mastery also. It's a neverending learning process and it takes a lot of time/practice on your part to become good at it.
Best of luck to you! Never give up, always be flexible and willing to learn/do more. Don't forget to change with the times so you don't get left behind! :) Make the jouney as much fun as what you envision the destination to be.

В этом приложении ты выучишь азы определенного языка программирования. Но искать в дальнейшме роботу по тому что ты выучил нету смысла, потому что здесь азы а тебе надо знать больше. А чтобы знать больше нужно ходить на курсы но они уже не будут бесплатными как здесь
