How to approach data science in mobile?

Question

I am using an android device with no access to computer atm and it is going to take a few months before I get access to one. But since I've been doing python programming fundamentals here and there, practicing with mock datas and libraries like matplotlib etc is equal to impossible.
What apps can I use? Also please recommend a habit which can help me master this language along with studying in the school. I'm pretty novice in this so that would be helpful.
