How data can be recovered from pc even if we deleted from recycle bin??whats the reason anyone explain it?

all files are not truly deleted until they are over written. when you "delete" a file it really just gets unlinked but stays in the block of memory.
thats why there exists military and government methods to deleted files..which overwrite them wirh dummy files..its the only true way to forever get rid of them

i can't really explain it, but i think when you delete it from the recycling bin, it probably goes to a folder (recovery folder), then you recover it from there'
