Just donā€™t give up. Iā€™ve given up learning programming so many times in my life, as soon as it got tough or I couldnā€™t understand something I gave up, and tried again years later. Finally, less than a year ago I forced myself to stick with it and now Iā€™ve learned what I never thought was possible for me to learn. I regret not pushing myself like this when I first tried, I wouldve been a god by now. So dont be like me šŸ˜‰ As far as inspiration goes, work on a project that actually interests you or something you can actually use, I finally completed my first ā€œrealā€ program that took me about a month, over 3000 lines of code, and more headaches than I could count, yet I enjoyed it because it was a project I actually wanted to see through. Now, if Iā€™m struggling with something, I look back on that program and think ā€œjust look at what youā€™re capable ofā€ and it always motivates me. So Iā€™d suggest anyone get a ā€œpersonal milestoneā€ project under their belt. While yes, completing those suggested beginner projects can help you learn a lot, they dont exactly feed your passion, work on something you actually want to work on and see it through to the end. Its a very real motivator.
