I have just completed the HTML fundamentals course and I am just curious as to which course or courses I should tackle next? As this is my first experience with coding I’m a little lost.

I recommend learning CSS as it will change the way your HTML elements look and JavaScript to add functionality of a game or changing or something of the like.
