A beginners tutorial

Hi,
I am a junior business analyst and decided to learn programming using this great app.
Is there somewhere an intro to which language to learn first or a site map to explain the which language is fromt/back and why to choose a specific language?
That would be very helpful.

You can learn c language first because of all basic concepts are covered by c language,c language is also a mother of all programming languages
If want to clear your basic concepts , improve your logical thinking quality, you have to learn c language
Or you can learn Python also
,It is also a simple language to learn and in now days it's most widely used language

I am starting of with the web languages, since they are the most urgent for my job, but c and python are on the to do list!
