first determine your goal to become a web developer or android application developer or desktop application developer after that learn the language
example:
I am the web developer of the language that I learned
-html
-css
-javascript
-php
-sql
that is as far as I know

It doesn't have to be all learned, the fundamental importance of the language you want to master.
For beginners try:
(Web) => Html, css, js and php
(Desktop & Android) => c, java, kotlin
When you are fundamental enough, you can immediately learn to use the framework.
With the condition that you already understand the fundamentals / structure of the programming language Then do the learning gradually. The more errors, the higher your level.
Why framework? . Frameing is very important in the job market.
