I would recommend Hackerrank.
It's not a 1v1 challenging, but it gives you problems to solve.

Yes another application is also available like hackerrank and geeksforgeeks but these are very difficult and not easy understandable for beginners according to me.I am using solo learn and as my experience solo learn is better for beginners.
