"This Year" filter and more categories for leaderboards?

Hi, is there a section to offer suggestions for the SoloLearn developers?
I'd like to see an option to see Local/Global ranks for current and previous years.
Also, more viewable leaderboard categories. Not just for XP, but all kinds of (imho) interesting stats such as most badges, challenges, login days streak, posts, etc.

Yes, there is a way to give suggestions like this. When you are in the menu of the app, tap at the top right corner the three dots. There will be an option "Feedback"

Hi Bunny I've sent this leaderboard suggestion via feedback to Sololearn quite a while ago as you can see via the OP date. You seem to be the best person to refresh this feature request to. Could I get an idea on the viability/likelihood of the above ideas being implemented please? It seems IMHO a useful stat to add a leaderboard filter for the current year (and perhaps previous year(s)) in addition to daily/weekly/monthly/all-time.
Also, other leaderboard stats would be most interesting/welcome as well, as suggested in my OP.

May I get others' opinions on adding this year between month and all-time. Useful? What about more types of leaderboards as I described? I've always had an interest in stats/data science. 😊

I agree, the new XP system still could do with some further improvements Bunny . Is it by design for example, that code coaches only award the 5XP for a single language solution? IMO, I suggest the system should award the XP for *every* language implementation available, not just the first (which should also be more than 5XP because coding challenges like these are some of the best ways to learn and practice coding).

Hi @Sololearn, any news on whether year-based XP leaderboards will likely be added to the current filters?

Thanks Bunny I appreciate the quick response and your interest in getting the right folk to see this. 👍😊 I think more leaderboard categories/filters would be useful in growing user engagement in the Sololearn community. The more ranked stats made available, the better it would be to highlight user achievements and motivate more app participation. 🙂

Any update Bunny on whether the devs plan on implementing any of my ideas? I'm also very keen for the "Certified Tester" badge, how many I earn this? I have plenty of ideas as you see above and other ideas too. I've also previously found bugs that I've reported to Sololearn plus I have others that I can mention as well.

Hi Matt 🌏 ! At the moment, further categories/filters for the Leaderboard isn’t something in the works, i think refining the XP system more is a higher priority, but the idea is on the list.

Please please always send your ideas along! If you have more, definitely share. We make note of how many suggestions we receive of different kinds so we can try and make improvements along what y’all want combined with the needs of the app itself.
