Hello. I want to write a chat bot. I plan a minimum set of functions:
✏️find out the balance on the account; ✏️information about bank branches; ✏️possibility to order an extract;
✏️learn currency rates.

Which language to choose for implementation? (Python or others)

How to implement the interface? (web, application)

Maybe there are video tutorials or examples of ready-made solutions with source code. Share, please, articles. Thank you in advance)
