Android emulator

Can I have Android emulator to run Android OS through a USB or flash drive on a primitive 2G phone like floppy disks used to in the early days of computers ?

You can try Bluestacks, Nox Player or Memu if you want to run Android simultaneously with Windows. But, if you want to dual boot, and want a faster and stable performance then you should try Remix OS or if your aim is to game then you should try Phoenix OS and Prime OS.

You can emulate android apps on your PC, but you can't dual boot to android os from a usb. There would be many problems with drivers and hardware compatibility. If you want to emulate android apps, check out Bluestacks
