Which is the best time for coding ? Morning, Noon, evening or night ?

Depends on the person.
When you feel clear and awake, that's the perfect time.
But even this depends, as there are some who can concentrate on work even if they are tired and on their tenth coffee, while I am total out, if that's the case. ^^"

Morning and afternoon. Eat something and start coding :) I usualy coding in the morning and afternoon.
