During the time spent learning here, I upvoted a lot underdogs and their first codes/questions/answers/comments and replies on lessons. So you could say I DONATED a ton XP 😀.
But I did it to motivate people work hard and continue their learning here on Sololearn.
Seriously, I think XP should be EARNED, NOT DONATED.

Well yes by loosing challenges against your friends.
You just tap the submit button without answering the question when you are playing challenges with your friends .
They will get your exp and you will loose exp.
If you are of a greater level then you will lose more exp but if you are of a smaller level then will either gain or lose very less exp.

Since xp stands for "experience points" it does not make any sense at all to donate them.
You earn xp by improving your experience.
If you feel better receiving xp from your friends, good for you. But this won't reflect your real experience

Guys it's not an good idea to donate xp by loosing intentionally as in past many user has lost intentionally 100 of challenge in row and that can lead to have ban by sololearn as its not fair for other user who are earning xp by the legit ways.

Cathy that doesn't answer the question. If xp is on SL it means it has a purpose, so don't question that.

You can't really "give" xp to another user, but if you really wanted to transfer xp to someone you could challenge them and lose on purpose, but it messes up your stats
