.net framework 4.6 not installing

As said above iam not able to install .NET 4.6 in my pc.Win 7 pro.I get error message saying that INSTALLATION FAILED please help

Try to go to visual studio installer and check if there are any updates. Install them first and then try again. If not, maybe you can go to modify and reinstall, maybe something is corrupted. Are you using vs 2017?
