Why disappear (remove) my posts and questions?

Question

First I disappeared my question "Welcome to the C++". with a special method of output variables in C++, using 0[&a].
Later I lost comment to the code "Spiral matrix {Index as per user choice}" with a more compact solution.
I dont delete its!!!
This is a mistake? Or them were deleted by the moderators (why?!) ?

By default if you have more than 10 downvotes, the system deletes it. It's either you spammed something or you asked a retarded question.
