Is it possible to create 3d game like Dr Driving in java ?!

Question

I'am trying to create a game like Dr Driving so I think that I can do it by Java if I used libgdx but I am not sure if this will work or not.
I managed to crate a 3D road but I can't find the suitable 3D cars which work in Java as you know that Java is a slow language in this field.
