I dont know any language yet so can i learn c# directly for UNITY 3D.If no then what should be my approach towards learning c#.

^Go through the C# course on SoloLearn to get the basics down, then go to that second link to get started with scripting in Unity 3D.
To answer your question, you're a human, so you're much more capable than the doubt you place upon yourself. You learned how to speak verbal languages, right? That's significantly more difficult than learning C# or Unity. There isn't an "order of operations" when it comes to computer programming, so learn whatever language you wish to learn first. You also have access to the greatest learning tool ever created; the internet. When I first started, all I had was a book and no one to ask questions to, and that was with learning C++ and C back in the 90s. Trust me, you can easily accomplish your goal, so believe in yourself and get to grinding! :)

Yes you can learn c# directly. If you use the unity 3D tutorials you will have good resources to learn and master c# for unity3D
