Doing teacher job is better or becoming php developer.

Question

Respected expert right now i am teacher in private school and earning 8k/m but one of my relative suggest me to do php course and aftr completing php i will earn as a fresher 5k/m aprox and aftr three year u got 20k /month So what is best option for me doing teaching or switch to IT as php developer.plz answr i am too confused..

A decision for a job isn't necessarily only about money. Do you feel it's valuable? Do you WANT to do it? Is it safe? Lots of stuff.
So it really depends a lot on you and all the side conditions.
In Germany, as a school teacher, you won't become rich, but you live a financially comfortable and safe life. So there you would have reason to think: Well, I love children and teaching and I'm fine; do I really need more?
In the USA, as far as I heard, teachers get bad pay and often have to work one or two side jobs to get along. In that sort of situation, you might think: Well, I may love children, but I'm directly facing old age poverty or an early death because of insufficient health insurance, so... better go for a better paid and less loved job.

It probably depends on the country, too: In Germany teachers get paid well, in the USA... not so much.

In india government school teacher get sufficent salary and now it increase aftr 7th pay grade.but in private condition is worst they will hardly pay 20000(thousand) INR for experince teacher and fresher will get 8000(thousand)INR.

At least in my country, teachers will never earn as much as devs. Devs belong to companies which have variable wages, schools tend to be government funded and can't afford big wages
