Should I right off the bat and learn java as a beginner or python?

Friends tell me java is hard and they say python is easier. But I'm also wanting your opinions, right off the bat Java or python?

Tbh i program in java but i'll reccommend python to a bigginer as its so easy (not that java is not tho😅), and i think the number one (1) most famous language too, so you can get alot of help all over the web with just about anything (stands true for java too tho)

I've often heard that Python was the best first language for beginners but I haven't personally used either yet.

Try both, I started with java and enjoyed it a lot - once you get the feel for java, it will be super easy to transition between other languages since most borrow from it lot
