Please how can I create a quiz question under HTML or CSS course

It alongside some others have been disabled possibly due to high amount of outstanding quizzes to approve.
You'll have to wait a while...
Note: I do not recall them opening the guns for css. It never had challenge quizzes to begin with.

Unfortunately, you can't, SoloLearn doesn't allow it, for some reason. Try writing other quizzes with other languages though, it helps the community a lot and improves user experience :)

Sololearn is not allowing any more quizzes and challenges in HTML and CSS. So, try creating quizzes and challenges in other languages like python, Java, etc.....
