What projects can we make by using SoloLearn's Python skills?

I would say depends on what kind of project. For example, SoloLearn doesn't cover any GUI programming, so for that you'll need to check other sources out.
SL covers basics of programming languages, if you wish to go a bit deeper, check out tutorialspoint or Udemy (I didn't test Udemy though)
