Advanced Socket Programming In C

Hello,
I’ve been looong for a good pdf to learn to do advanced socket programming in Linux environment e.g. how to generate various kinds of packets, different kinds of TCP connections etc. As I searched a lot, I found that the book “TCP/IP and Linux protocol implementation” can be a good source of learning Socket programming. I was wondering if somebody has the pdf version of this book? Or maybe other useful source to help me learn how to implement network stuff.
