Which is easy graphic design or web design ???

Hi there. I am selim.
I am a beginner on web development. I think programming languages are very difficult for me...
Now at this situation i want to know, is graphic design is easy than web design???
And which programming language i have to learn first...

they are both equally hard to do well.
graphic design takes a lot of ubderstanding of colors..shapes and eye flow as well as browsinh habits
