Jason Mackjoo I'm not done any certification regarding web development but as I know Adobe Certified Expert (ACE), Microsoft Developer Certifications, Zend Certified PHP Engineer are good certificates to be added in resume

But in the last the certification are only for own satisfaction the most important thing in programming is how many projects you have maded and worked on and live it on the internet by hosting on web or cloud platform. The greater the projects greater the chance to be selected for any job so implementation, development and documentation skill is required for selection in any job.
