How to get the language in HTML in Quiz Factory, while making a quiz and submitting

I wanted to make an quiz in HTML but it was not present

Demon Clasher html quizzes submission are full with covering all topics present in sololearn official course and some out side of the course. When the submitted quizzes is review once or new quizzes is released in html then the option will again open for submission till that wait for it or submit quizzes in other languages.
