How do you design an I.T solution for a client?

Providing IT solutions for clients who are not computer savvy can be a drag.
How do you translate your solution functionality to something they can be able to use without running back to you with minor setbacks?

First, study the current system. Existing business processes and functionality. Next consult the process owners and users for improvements. Form a team to assist in shifting to the new processes.
